We bring proactive tax strategy, clean books, and CFO-level guidance together under one roof, so growing business owners are never caught off guard by their own numbers.

 

Meet the Powells

Matthew Powell — Owner & CEO. Matthew is an IRS Enrolled Agent with more than 18 years in management, technology, and financial roles at a major insurance company. He leads the firm's tax planning, tax preparation, and virtual CFO work — translating complex financial decisions into clear, confident action for the owners we serve.

 

Dani Powell — Co-Owner & CFO. Dani holds a Master's in Business and is the firm's organizational backbone. A QuickBooks Online specialist with a passion for making the numbers fit, she keeps our clients' books clean, current, and decision-ready.

 

Together, Matthew and Dani built Powell United around a simple conviction: business owners deserve a financial partner who plans ahead, communicates all year, and treats their success as a shared responsibility.
